Športno društvo Beachvolley, Jadranska cesta 47, 6280 Ankaran (v nadaljevanju »organizator«), organizira kamp odbojke na mivki za aktivne in rekreativne igralce od 10. leta naprej. Namen teh pogojev je določiti pravice in obveznosti udeležencev ter organizatorja.
Prijave potekajo preko spletnega obrazca na spletni strani www.beachcamp.si. Število mest je omejeno, prijave pa so odprte do zapolnitve mest.
Cena udeležbe vključuje vse storitve in ugodnosti, navedene v programu in objavljene na spletni strani. Po uspešno oddani prijavi boste na vneseni e-naslov prejeli nadaljnje informacije. Vsaj en teden pred začetkom izbranega termina boste prejeli podrobna navodila in urnik. Če avtomatskega sporočila ne prejmete, nas o tem obvestite.
Prijava je potrjena z izvedenim plačilom avansa na TRR organizatorja. Prijava je veljavna in mesto na kampu zagotovljeno šele po prejemu avansa.
1. Odpoved do 30 dni pred začetkom izbranega termina:
• Vse plačane zneske vrnemo v celoti.
• Administrativnih stroškov ni.
2. Odpoved od 29 dni do 5 delovnih dni pred začetkom izbranega termina:
• Zadržimo prvi obrok kot nadomestilo za administrativne in organizacijske stroške.
• Če je bil plačan tudi drugi obrok, se ta vrne v celoti.
3. Odpoved v zadnjih 5 delovnih dneh pred začetkom termina ali neudeležba:
• Zadržimo celoten znesek (oba obroka), saj odpoved v tem obdobju onemogoča zmanjšanje organizacijskih stroškov.
4. Posebne okoliščine (bolezen ali poškodba): Če udeleženec zaradi bolezni ali poškodbe, dokazljive z zdravniškim potrdilom, ne more sodelovati, veljajo naslednji pogoji:
• Prenos plačila na drug termin: Udeleženec lahko brezplačno prenese prijavo in plačilo na drug razpoložljiv termin.
• Delno povračilo: Če prenos ni mogoč, povrnemo plačani znesek, zmanjšan za stroške, ki jih ni mogoče povrniti (npr. rezervacije, do največ 30 % skupnega zneska).
• Vrednotnica: Organizator lahko izda vrednotnico za celoten znesek, ki jo udeleženec uporabi za prihodnje termine.
• Pogoji za uveljavljanje: Zdravniško potrdilo je treba posredovati najkasneje 3 dni po odpovedi.
Starši morajo po plačilu podpisati izjavo o udeležbi v programu, dovoljenje za fotografiranje, snemanje ter sodelovanje pri vseh športnih aktivnostih. Snemanje in fotografiranje poteka izključno za dokumentacijo dogodka ali promocijske namene.
V primeru omejitev zaradi zdravstvenih ali drugih razlogov morajo starši o tem pravočasno obvestiti organizatorja. Prav tako naj ob prijavi sporočijo posebne prehranske zahteve, alergije ali zdravstvene težave otroka.
Športno društvo Beachvolley bo osebne podatke uporabljalo za lastno evidenco in jih varovalo v skladu z zakonom o varstvu osebnih podatkov.
Sports Association Beachvolley, Jadranska cesta 47, 6280 Ankaran (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), organizes a beach volleyball camp for active and recreational players aged 10 and above. The purpose of these terms and conditions is to define the rights and obligations of participants and the organizer.
Registrations are processed through the online form available on the website www.beachcamp.si. The number of places is limited, and registrations are open until all spots are filled.
The participation fee includes all services and benefits listed in the program and published on the website. Upon successful registration, you will receive further information via the provided email address. Detailed instructions and the schedule will be sent at least one week before the start of your selected term. If you do not receive the automated message, please notify us
Registration is confirmed upon payment of an advance deposit into the organizer’s bank account. The registration is valid, and the camp spot is secured only after the deposit is received.
1. Cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the selected term:
• All paid amounts are refunded in full.
• No administrative fees apply.
2. Cancellation between 29 days and 5 business days before the start of the selected term:
• The first installment is retained as compensation for administrative and organizational costs.
• If the second installment has been paid, it will be refunded in full.
3. Cancellation within the last 5 business days before the start of the term or non-attendance:
• The full amount (both installments) is retained, as cancellation during this period prevents a reduction in organizational costs.
4. Special circumstances (illness or injury):If the participant cannot attend due to illness or injury, substantiated by a medical certificate, the following conditions apply:
• Transfer of payment to another term: The participant may transfer their registration and payment to another available term free of charge.
• Partial refund: If a transfer is not possible, the paid amount will be refunded minus non-refundable costs (e.g., reservations, up to a maximum of 30% of the total amount).
• Voucher: The organizer may issue a voucher for the full amount, redeemable for future terms.
• Conditions for claims: A medical certificate must be submitted no later than 3 days after cancellation.
After payment, parents must sign a declaration of participation in the program, consent for photography and filming, and approval for participation in all sports activities. Photography and filming are conducted exclusively for event documentation or promotional purposes.
In case of restrictions due to health or other reasons, parents must inform the organizer in a timely manner. Special dietary requirements, allergies, or health issues must also be communicated during registration.
The Sports Association Beachvolley will use personal data for internal records and will protect it in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
